  • Complete and accurate information will help us get your claim moving faster.
  • Retain possession of the item, unless instructed by Jenson USA or the manufacturer.
  • Warranties are determined solely by the manufacturers, not by Jenson USA.
  • Warranties do not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear that results from standard use over time.
  • Damage from improper care or lack of maintenance.
  • Damage as a result of a crash or impact.
  • Damage due to improper installation of products or use other than the intended purpose of the item.
  • Any items, accessories, or hardware that are lost AFTER you receive your products from Jenson USA.

  • Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original owner.
